The Co-Founder

Simon Olivier

Simon, a 31-year-old married man and a father of two, resides in Paris and will soon move to Nantes. He is a dynamic individual with a passion for sports, including running and triathlons. Alongside his athletic pursuits, Simon finds solace in music, playing both the piano and the guitar.

Education played a vital role in shaping Simon's professional trajectory. After completing his high school education, he pursued two years of preparatory classes in Nantes, followed by enrollment in a renowned business school in Rennes. During his time at the business school, Simon seized the opportunity to broaden his horizons by spending six months in the United States. Additionally, he gained invaluable experience through a year-long internship in IT consulting and project management at reputable firms. In his final year, he pursued an apprenticeship in a technology company, focusing on the commercial aspect of the business.

However, Simon's journey took an unexpected turn after his studies. Feeling disillusioned with the consulting industry, he embarked on a voluntary expedition to Cameroon with his wife. This experience allowed Simon to reflect on his true passions and aspirations.

Upon returning to France in 2018, Simon decided to venture into freelancing as a product manager, working on projects ranging from six to twelve months. During his final assignment, he developed a deep interest in the no-code movement, an area he had been exposed to for several years. It was during this time that Simon crossed paths with his future co-founder, Paul, sparking conversations about creating something meaningful together. This collaboration laid the foundation for Bienfait Agency.
